David Solomon Katz

At least two sites give his birth name as David Solomon Katz but they all seem to have the same source, one known for lack of reliability. He gives his birth name as Dortort 00:45 into the interview here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyhVpOqJhsI&t=45s. His family name is given in the stats below as Katz. Shouldn't this be sorted?
