Renominating article for deletion

Cornsilk is NOT a notable person in Cherokee Nation politics, atleast outside of his own mind. This page serves no purpose other than lending him credence while trolling social media. Inappropriate cartoons

I just deleted 2 over-the-top political cartoons drawn by the subject of this article (Cornsilk) depicting Cherokee Chief Chad "Corntassel" Smith in KKK regalia. I'm not sure the cartoons are needed in an article on Cornsilk, even if he did draw them. Here is the earlier version of the article with the cartoons. I don't know who's right and who's wrong in these disputes, but BLP concerns must be monitored in the meantime. --A. B. ^(talk) 22:25, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma

As stated by John on his website: http://www.cornsilks.com/cornsilks.html he is a member of the "... Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma and that is a BOGUS entity, illegally constituted, ..." You cannot remove it and just put Cherokee Nation. These are his claims. --Kebron 11:58, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

Allegations of Sabotage and attempted murder/Hate Crimes directed against David

More recently, David Cornsilk has made public statements he has been the target of various threats, including sabotage of his motor vehicle and attempts on his life. [1][2]. Given his involvement in the freedmen controversy and gay rights activism in rural Eastern Oklahoma, these events appear to be of an extremely serious nature. Why does he get a wikipedia article?

I'm really confused about this why he gets a wikipedia article while so many others who do work similar to him do not. It seems really egotistical. This does not seem to fit any criteria for a noteworthy person 99.52.102.172 (talk) 19:42, 28 November 2011 (UTC)

This so called "newspaper" of his appears to just be an online blog. He has no newspaper. This looks like a phony bio that needs to be listed as an afd as non-notable. 97.126.235.119 (talk) 17:21, 17 October 2015 (UTC)

He was interviewed at length by Circe Sturm, who has written an article and a book on the racial/ethnic/political controversies within the Cherokee Nation, including about the Cherokee freedmen controversy.Parkwells (talk) 14:30, 10 January 2016 (UTC)
