Semi-protection request edit

Perhaps semi-protection would be prudent? Though after reading the policy, it's not intended for pre-emption. - mako 10:01, 5 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I definitely think it should be protected, because I just went through AfD'ng the article for lack of content and excessive spam, and as soon as the AfD tag is removed, guess what? MORE ******* SPAM! Sorry, but this page really fustrates me.--Vercalos 08:08, 6 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
It may not be for pre-emtpion, but this page has already demonstrated that more than 80% of the edits are spam, or the removal of spam.
Due to yet another spam by datasheet4u.com, I have requested semi protection. Mjm1964 11:21, 21 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Re-protection request edit

I think this page needs to be protected again. Looking at the history of the article, all the edits are either spam or spam deletions.--Vercalos 00:55, 4 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Addition to blacklist edit

Evidently the responsible sites were added to the SPAM blacklist on Meta. 68.39.174.238 23:25, 2 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Copyright issues with article edit

Most of the article was copyvio. If noone else has made an attempt to contact the author of the copyvio material, I will. Kevin_b_er 04:09, 3 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

What about chemical datasheets? edit

Why does this article only deal with electronics datasheets and not chemical datasheets as well? --GSchjetne 09:57, 25 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • I have only come across electronic datasheets myself, however it would seem reasonable that ANY engineering product would have a similar document. Perhaps you should re-write/add sections yourself, as you obviously have experience of these documents? Midlandstoday 17:17, 15 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Difference between 'Data Sheet' & 'Spec Sheet' edit

I am curious to see what others think about this difference. Article states that they are one and the same but to me a spec sheet is a more detailed and complete account of a product that a data sheet. Do other agree, disagree or have any feedback on this?
