The wikipedia article says: DPM was first used publicly in SecuROM 4.7.^[1]
Sorry, but the referenced article, http://www.encrypt.ro/cd-encryption/cd-protection-securom.html says that SecuROM does not use DPM:
SecuROM 4.7 and above ... utilises “data density measurement” (not to be confused with “data position measurement” as being used by other protections).--2OO.3OO.2OO.3OO (talk) 11:43, 27 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
