Comment: I'm not a Subject-matter expert, but I do know a bit about control systems. My concern here is that this may be too technical a treatment for wikipedia. I'm also concerned that all of the references are to WP:PRIMARY sources. I think this page should mention adaptive control and perhaps make a distinction with it. And vice-versa.
