I'm gonna review this. Stay tuned.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 18:51, 12 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Tintor2: Let's go.

  • "....and animated by Bones". I think it's pretty clear, but maybe it's better to specify that Bones is an animation studio.
    • Done.
  • I don't like parentheses. I would write: "a spatial anomaly named Heaven's Gate", "People with special abilities known as Contractors".
    • Done
  • "...and created Wolf's Rain". Is this significant?
    • Revised
  • "...and aspects of Hei's personality are developed in later episodes". This confuses me, because we talked about reception just before. Wouldn't another sentence be better? Like: "and the critics praised Hei's personality"? Or something else, anyway.
    • Revised.

@TeenAngels1234: Good job.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 12:47, 13 August 2021 (UTC) Excuse me. I was quite busy in RL.Reply

  • Nothing to say about the Plot. Clear, cohesive, and well written. Good job.
  • "Director Tensai Okamura cited a number of influences, including the concept of a ninja-type spy working for Tokyo". Is it correct to speak of "influences" here? That sounds like the initial idea to me, right? Also, since we are talking about a ninja series, I would move the information to the second paragraph.
    • Moved
  • "(impossible with manga adaptations, due to the need for consistency with the source material)". Can you rewrite this without brackets?
    • Done.
  • "The narrative was inspired by Japanese dramas, which were explored in two consecutive episodes". I'm confused. What has two episodes?
    • Revised. Japanese dramas tend to tell stories that take two episodes to finish. As a result, every story in Darker than Black takes two episodes.
  • "The artist had mixed emotions about sexualizing female characters". Sounds superfluous to me.
    • Revised.
  • The paragraph on music is clear and OK. Ditto for Release. My compliments.
    • Done

@Tintor2: Ping my name.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 13:22, 15 August 2021 (UTC) @TeenAngels1234: Done. Thanks for the review.Tintor2 (talk) 14:43, 15 August 2021 (UTC) Okay. Let's finish this.Reply

  • Briefly introduce "Heroes Phantasia".
    • Done.
  • "An Anime News Network reviewer". Can you write the name? Also, are we sure Japanator, Anime News Network and other sites should be italicized?
    • Removed italics. For some reason, the VG project tends to use italics for gaming especially in vg reviews boxes but I can't find such guideline.
  • "suggested that deliveries were better in later episodes". What is meant by "deliveries"?
    • Revised. Apparently, the Funimation dub gets better.

@Tintor2: That's all.--TeenAngels1234 (talk) 14:55, 15 August 2021 (UTC) @TeenAngels1234: Revised.Tintor2 (talk) 15:08, 15 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
