This album is my guilty pleasure (and the sequels are even wilder), so I thought I'd give this a spin. I may make some minor edits throughout the review. Feel free to discuss my comments if you disagree with them.

Well-written

Short but sweet! I have some minor comments, though.

• Described as a mashup album, — link "mashup"

• Remover was inspired by Vektroid and SoundClown music. — add "the artist" before "Vektroid" for clarity

• I would delink "mashup" in the audio file description, unless you're lenient towards MOS:SEAOFBLUE. In that case, I would link "microgenre" and "shitposty".

• using cover arts taken from the television show Daria — "cover arts" feels a bit odd, perhaps: "using screenshots of the television show Daria as covers".

• Remover referred to the subgenre's name as "a joke that's been going on for too long." — consider moving this to the end of the "Reception and legacy" section, before the sentence about the sequels.

• I'd recommend using "subgenre" or "microgenre" consistently.

No issues with source formatting. All references are reliable; Insider is fine for culture. Everything is cited inline where needed. Earwig shows 42%, but this is due to attributed quotations, so there are no issues with plagiarism.
