Proposed merger

edit
  1. This article overlaps considerably with the proposed target.
  2. There is a longstanding consenus that we do not retain article on losing politicians in this encyclopaedia.

Hi, I am Danny Kushlick. I am not primarily a journalist, I'm a campaigner for drug law reform. Standing for the People's Manifesto was indeed a very short lived affair and, despite the fact that I have written a lot for the press and taken part in numerous broadcasts, I am not a journalist. I would prefer, if my entry could remain as an individual, but if any merging does take place, it should be with the Wiki entry for Transform Drug Policy Foundation, not the People's Manifesto. Just my point of view. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.188.208.251 (talk) 09:43, 16 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Altered target

edit

Based on the above I have recast the merge propsal. However I am now quite neutral on this matter and would be happy if we were to retain Mr Kushlick's entry but alter its emphasis to describe him as an activist rather than a politician. S a g a C i t y (talk) 12:25, 16 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

I support this merge. I don't think this person is really notable by our standards in his own right. Robofish (talk) 00:55, 6 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
I agree with Robofish. Valetude (talk) 17:34, 4 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
