I tagged this article for its tone because it sounds a bit too resume-y and needs to be rewritten from a more neutral point of view. I'd rewrite it myself, but since I'm unfamiliar with Packard's career and work, I don't feel comfortable with doing so. I also took the liberty of removing what appeared to be a list of artwork and showings. Not only did it make no sense, it was formatted improperly as was the filmography.
