the link for the large paper port (http://www.tc.gc.ca/atl/marine/divestiture/dalhousie.htm) is a deadlink now:(

The paper mill has recently closed. (http://www.cbc.ca/news/yourview/nb/2007/12/abitibibowater_closes_dalhousi.html) As such, the economy of the area is rather stagnant. Patsen29 (talk) 19:39, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
