The entire "History of the European Sightings of the Daitō Islands" section was copied from the last three pages of this journal article. I don't know of any way to do a partial revert, so I'm just going to delete this section. Please let me know if there is an official way of doing a partial revert. Still not good enough. The article needs to be cited, and the language needs to be put in an encyclopedic manner. Without citations, it reads like Original Research. See Wikipedia:No original research. Without citation and article formatting, the section can still be deleted. Boneyard90 (talk) 22:29, 18 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
