The proposed text is in the edit history of the page. For instance, DSL Forum's work is not limited to xDSL. It includes non-DSL device management at the customer premise such as Set-top-box. In the access loop, its work covers fiber as the last mile technology as well. This expansion of scope happened officially in 2005. I can provide verifiable facts, if you would author the changes. The page should reflect thjat in May/June 2008 DSL Forum name was changed into Broadband Forum. ~Marteno_Rodia 24 July 2008.

Right, I just proposed a merge since there is an article of that name already. Also the group's page says the name was originally ADSL Forum, so need to say that too (and source it). W Nowicki (talk) 21:09, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
