Notability

Forgive me for asking this, but...how, pray tell, is a minor character making one appearance in each of three separate series, one of those in re-used footage, worthy of inclusion? Redirection Target

I think that Tribble is the better choice for a target since it provides coverage of all three of his appearences rather than just the main one. Let's have a discussion rather than simply reverting each other back and forth. Eluchil404 19:03, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

This redirect pointed to the List of Star Trek characters but Cyrano Jones has been removed from that list because no sources were included to indicate notability.[1] The original redirect target Tribble does not contain any mention of Cyrano Jones. Instead of linking to a page that no longer contains any information about Jones I am going to update the redirect so that it points instead to the episode where he first appeared, an article that actually contains some information about him, The Trouble with Tribbles (and that page includes links to his second appearance in the animated series episode More Tribbles, More Troubles). -- 109.79.176.128 (talk) 21:46, 26 June 2021 (UTC)
