  • "Tropical Cyclone Kesiny was the first recorded tropical cyclone – the equivalent of a minimal hurricane – to make landfall in the month of may in the south-West Indian Ocean" Am I insane or should the words "in the Atlantic be added after "hurricane"? YE Pacific Hurricane 20:20, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
    • Probably a bit insane, given your later comments :P But I don't think it's needed. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:00, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • "Its formation was the result of an increase in the Madden–Julian oscillation, " an increase of what? Timeline wthin WPTC? Fishpsinner articles? Intelligent people? Monkeys? Water? Pokemons? More Homers? Bugs? Ants? YE Pacific Hurricane 20:20, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • " At least 33 bridges were destroyed, and many roads were damaged. A total of 33 people were killed, and 1,200 people were injured." Any number of homes damaged? YE Pacific Hurricane 20:20, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
    • I looked, but didn't have any totals. I could add that 500,000 people were affected, but I'm not a huge fan of that metric in the lede, since it's not as definitive as number of damaged/destroyed homes. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:00, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • "The same system spawned a disturbance in the northern Indian Ocean that later struck Oman as a tropical cyclone" which system the 2002 Oman cyclone? My brain? YE Pacific Hurricane 20:20, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
    • Not your brain. It refers to the previous sentence. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:00, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
      • I meant "which system" in that the system that "later struck Oman as a tropical cyclone". YE Pacific Hurricane 22:06, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
        • The MJO increase, as written in the article. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:07, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
          • I did not want to know what caused the development of the Oman system. Instead, I want a link to the system that struck Oman in 2002. YE Pacific Hurricane 22:11, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
            • Ooh, why didn't you say so? It's already linked in that sentence. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:14, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • " This occurred despite little change in atmospheric conditions" where they bad? And I'd combine this setence with "intesfcation" part of the first sentence in the paragraph. YE Pacific Hurricane 20:20, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
    • This refers to the previous paragraph when Kesiny weakened. So, nothing really changed, but it intensified anyway. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:00, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • "request of the Malagasy government" Malagasy government? wtf is that? Wikilink it plz. Thank you. YE Pacific Hurricane 20:20, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
    • Please keep your tone civil. I'm not sure if you were upset or something, but I don't appreciate comments like "wtf is that". I linked twice to the Malagasy election, and didn't think a dedicated link again was necessary. FWIW, Malagasy is the adjective form of Madagascar, but I could've told you to JFGI :P --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:00, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Make Ref 1 consistent with Ref 2-15. YE Pacific Hurricane 20:20, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

You know the drill. On hold for as long as you need. YE Pacific Hurricane 20:20, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
