The article is out of date. The storm history describes the JTWC operational track, whereas the track map reflects the best track data. 2 major changes are the storm did not make landfall as a Cat 5 and it did not drop to TS strength in the first crossing.--Nilfanion (talk) 23:27, 27 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I see Gafilo has been named as the strongest cyclone of its' basin on record, but there have been stronger - for example, Daryl-Agnielle had estimated MSLP of 885mb.--Mikoyan21 14:03, 6 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
