Title edit
The title seems very generic, albeit Centre rather than Center helps, could it be Currency Centre (Ireland) or similar? SeoR 07:21, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
- I assume you are deciding about a move to Currency Centre (Ireland)? Move it if their is a real need and likelyhood that their is an alternative place called "Currency Centre", but lets not move it just because its very generic. A lot of proper nouns can be very generic i.e. two common words that happen to come togetheir in the right order, but to the best of my knowledge their is only one place by the name "Currency Centre" and in fact I believe it to be one of the very few places where coins and notes are manufactured for currency usage in one place. Ive changed "Ireland" to "Republic of Ireland" even though "Ireland" is the name of the State click on the link and it ends up on the wiki article on the Island of Ireland ,until wikipedia changes the name of the island of ireland article to just that and the name of the "republic of Ireland" to just "Ireland" then there wont be any need for confusion ! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.10.37.184 (talk) 14:08, 5 February 2014 (UTC)
Merger proposal edit
I propose that Currency Centre be merged into Central Bank of Ireland. I think that the content in the Currency Centre article can easily be explained in the context of the Central Bank and its title is vague. It does not, I believe, merit its own article. IRL246 (talk) 16:39, 21 April 2016 (UTC)
