Gallic rooster? edit

Was trying to find a citation to the statement "The cockerel was already of symbolic importance in Gaul at the time of the invasion of Julius Caesar and was associated with the god Lugus" and couldn't find anything except for the wikipedia page for the Gallic rooster. This article is full of grammatical errors, poor quality sources, and redundant or confusing sentences. I've tried to clean up most of it but the sections on Judaism and Christianity are still mostly untouched, and could use some more attention. Luiysia (talk) 19:05, 6 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Started working on Judaism down, and I see what you mean. Is it necessary to include the pages for Torah/other books when they're sourced? It seems redundant. I also feel like it might be helpful to organize the Judaism section by the references in each book, so you aren't jumping from text to text. Will continue cleaning up.
