Routes edit

The routes on this page are getting very messy. May i suggest that routes go in strict numeric then alpabetical order OR by depot name then a list of routes?

Numerical order may be helpful when considering all the services in an area, since there will be a single numbering system in place which may or may not be rationalised. However, given that Veolia operates services all over the place, the services are numbered according to differing local practice. For example, service 26A in Cardiff lies between services 25 and 27, whereas service 25 in Swansea is so numbered for historical reasons. I imagine this is what User:85.92.190.81 had in mind when undoing the confusion. Perhaps first arranging them by location and then numerically would be better? 90.203.45.214 (talk) 19:52, 5 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

How does one arrange them in area when services cross more than one geographical area. For example, do you put 122 as a Cardiff Route or Rhondda route. There are also many services missing from the "grouped" list. Also why should Brecon Town services be under a different heading to Powys. Numerical list gives a full inventory of what is operated. The current state also gives a full inventory of what is operated. It just presents it (or could present it if cleaned up) in a clearer manner than a jumble of services. If there were a uniform numbering system (as with e.g. London buses), I could understand placing them in numerical order, but there isn't, so it's just confusing. 90.203.45.214 (talk) 19:18, 19 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

I propose once again that routes in this section are put in strict neumerical order. It is becoming far too messy. Far to many of the routes over-lap into different categories. I don't believe it would be confusing at the idea is to give a full list of services operated. The only split you could give would be to add another "toggle" column to sort by Depot which would separate the Swansea and Powys based routed.Alecs casnewydd (talk) 01:38, 11 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Might i suggest the columns be as follows: ROUTE NUMBER, START, TERMINUS, DEPOT, BRANDING (one can put Gower Exploer/Chepstow Link/rail linc), NOTES Alecs casnewydd (talk) 01:42, 11 January 2010 (UTC) Take a look at my Sandbox User:Alecs_casnewydd/SandboxReply

Bebb Travel edit

Someone suggest that we merge Bebb Travel into this article. Agreed, and now done. Rgds, --Trident13 (talk) 13:51, 6 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Assess edit

Despite it's word count, this is still a stub article due to the amount of informative text. This article is really a list of routes rather than an article on the company. Assessing as such. FruitMonkey (talk) 10:41, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
