The article on Croham Hurst School should be edited only in ways which either add to the history of the school or present it in a good or at least fairly good way. The article is written about a school which has now unfortunately been closed down so anything said which ruins the school's reputation, or the attempts to complain about the school is only ruining the memory of the school which members of it have and shining a poor light on something unjustly and suddenly closed down. If anyone is desperate to delete parts of the article to either make it more neutral, or to add parts that wouldn't be a compliment to Croham Hurst and they at least use this discussion section instead of the article to express their views, as no alumni of Croham Hurst disagree with what has been said in the article and it is really written for them (as most people wouldn't decide to research the school; because most people haven't heard of it)so there is no reason for any part of the article, particularly those which outline the school's success, to be deleted. Please do not tamper with it in any way which will drastically change it! Thank you.

Notability edit

This page needs sourcing. I am not sure if it exists. I have placed a notability template and now conducting searches. There are a handful of google hits and just a few newspaper hits (all primary). Looking at books I find mention in [1] and also volume 3 of that work. However The Crepuscular Press who publish the work are a vanity imprint for the author, so this is a WP:SPS. Still looking for more. If anyone knows of any reliable secondary sources independent of the subject that cover this school, please do post them up. Thanks.

Sources

  • Self Published. [2] Also [3]
  • Passing mention in this book. [4] No WP:SIGCOV.
  • Maybe as much as a page on the school in this book. [5] - this one looks promising.
  • Potentially notable alumna in this one [6] (Margaret Leishman, Chemist - no Wikipedia page) but the reference to the school is passing. Same for this one. [7]
