Haven't reviewed a patrol boat -- or a Croatian Navy -- article before, so something new... ;-) Will aim to complete in the next few days. Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 23:33, 21 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Toolbox check

  • No dab or EL issues reported.

Prose/style -- I generally copyedit articles I review, so pls let me know if I've misunderstood or broken anything; outstanding points:

  • "the ship was towed to an overhauling shipyard in Šibenik on 17–18 November" -- Just to confirm, does this mean it was towed for two days, or just on the night of 17/18 November?
  • In the first para of Service, everything from "In November 1991" to "Mukos itself was left adrift" is cited to the same two references, so there's no particular need to duplicate the citations after "Battle of the Dalmatian Channels".

Comprehensiveness -- Succinct but seems to cover significant details/history; spotchecking sources to confirm information:

  • Alan Agency suggested a 20 mm cannon in the armament but the article doesn't mention this.
  • Wertheim also mentions a 20 mm weapon.
  • Also checked Brodarski -- no concerns.

Structure -- Appears logical and in line with other ship articles I've seen.

Supporting materials -- Infobox looks good, as does image licensing (nice shots by the way!)

Referencing

  • You have several Harv errors -- install this script to detect them.
  • I'd include access dates for the news reports and other web sources.

Summary -- Generally look good, just let me know about the points raised. Tks/cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 07:04, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Comments edit

17–18 November means it was towed during the night of 17–18 November; the Šibenik overhauling shipyard is actually very close. You are correct about the 20 mm gun. I actually mentioned it in the article (M-75 on the stern) but made a typo by listing it as a 40 mm. Thanks for the script; I installed it and fixed the citation issues. Made my life a whole lot easier. Also, access dates have been added and the duplicated references have been removed. Thank you for your edits. :-)--Saxum (talk) 14:37, 27 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

No problem. Re. the "night of" situation, I believe the MOS recommends a forward slash for the two days (17/18) so I made that change. That raises the question of "the night of 15 November" -- was it definitely just the 15th or did the operation go past midnight? If the former, I would avoid confusion by saying "the evening of 15 November"; if the latter, it should be "the night of 15/16 November". Anyway, I'll leave you to take care of that and will pass this as GA now -- well done! Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 22:50, 29 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
Done. Thank you for your review.--Saxum (talk) 12:59, 30 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
