Annexation

After multiple discussions the associated wikilinked article was titled annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation, not accession, incorporation, etc, see WP:POVNAME. Note that the incorporation of Crimea is in fact annexation because of violations of multiple regulatory documents, such as:

• Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances (provisions 1 and 2)
• 1997 Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation, and Partnership between Ukraine and Russia (article 3)
• Russian federal constitutional law of 2001 "The Procedure for the Accession of A New Federal Subject into the Russian Federation", article 4, paragraph 2: "The accession of a new subject of a foreign country or a part thereof into the Russian Federation is implemented by mutual consent of the Russian Federation and the foreign country in question" ("Принятие в Российскую Федерацию в качестве нового субъекта иностранного государства или его части осуществляется по взаимному согласию Российской Федерации и данного иностранного государства")
• Russian constitution, part I, chapter I, article 15, paragraph 4: "The international treaties of the Russian Federation are an integral part of its legal system. If an international treaty of the Russian Federation stipulates other rules than those stipulated by law, the rules of an international treaty should be applied" ("международные договоры Российской Федерации являются составной частью ее правовой системы. Если международным договором Российской Федерации установлены иные правила, чем предусмотренные законом, то применяются правила международного договора"). Why.

Why did not you write in the article about the rescue of Viktor Yanukovych, of atrocities the Ukrainian nationalists, of "friendship train" from Kiev with "right sector" and a firearm, an interview of ordinary people who agree with the "annexation" of Crimea ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.215.65.148 (talk) 21:30, 6 June 2015 (UTC)
