Throttling section
" "full-speed" data is throttled even when a user has not reached the allotted monthly usage."
It'd be nice if that was backed up with a citation, sounds like griping without a reference. Any references?

It is full-speed up to 8 megabits/s. So significantly slower than T-Mobile or AT&T for instance, but the new $70 plan allows you to keep that speed no matter how much data you use, so that's kind of cool. —NoahK (talk • contribs) 18:50, 28 April 2016 (UTC)
