Crawfish pie v Natchitoches meat pie in pictures edit

What is shown on the plate is "not" a "Crawfish pie" (French style) as shown on the left, nor a serving from it, but is indicative of a Spanish style Empanadas that is sometimes referred to as the Natchitoches meat pie.
