His parodies are always brilliant. The one of Eric Idle needs to be read by anyone who's under the delusion that Idle has anything to offer, except to gormless Yanks who think Py-THON is still new. Dolmance 14:00, 22 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

I removed the part where it said his Bel Littlejohn column ran from 2000 to 2001. The book of Bel's writings came out in 1998 and that was based on his Gaurdian columns. This column is from 1998 for instance.--Number 77 19:59, 30 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

What was he educated in at Bristol? Also did he do drawings at some point? RuthieK 17:33, 31 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Birthplace disambiguation edit

In the entry line where Mr. Brown's birthdate and birthplace appear, the use of Hayes needs to be disambiguated; I am not sure myself to which of two possible resolutions should be used. --User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 00:24, 4 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Artist edit

Removed the claim in the first sentence that he is an artist. Nothing more is said about it in the article, and I can find no support for it. There is a Craig Brown who is an artist, but he is from Iowa - not this Craig Brown. Many sites repeat the claim, of course, but only because they are reproducing Wikipedia.KD Tries Again (talk) 19:05, 18 March 2011 (UTC)KD Tries AgainReply

Bibliography edit

I have commenced a tidy-up of the Bibliography section using cite templates and tables for short stories, poems and/or book reviews. Capitalization and punctuation follow standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, as much as Wikipedia templates allow it. ISBNs and other persistent identifiers, where available, are commented out, but still available for reference. This is a work in progress; feel free to continue.
