Gender Perspective?
Why was this page re-edited to put the gender back to a female perspective, and who made that change back? when it applies more to men than women? I'd even be willing to compromise on neutral terms.

- The feminine pronoun appears to refer to a character in a Terry Pratchett novel. Since "Crab mentality" is a rather negative term, if feminine pronouns were being used to refer to the phenomenon in general, this would appear to be more likely to be anti-feminist than feminist... - The book in question is Unseen Academicals where the behavior of crabs in a bucket is used as a metaphor for the way small-minded and petty people pull down anybody who tries to better themselves. In fact, I came here to find out if the story's true, and was quite pleased to learn that it is. JDZeff (talk) 06:47, 19 April 2017 (UTC)
The German Wikipedia provides sources to surveys, reports or studies in which women feels espcecially hindered in their carrier by other women:
