I think this page – pretty much a dictionary definition at present – should be incorporated into Haute couture and Fashion design (as in, referenced by both). The term, which is widely used and abused, can be defined and referenced within the existing articles, both of which need improving anyway. There may be an argument for a page called Fashion designer, which could then incorporate couturier, but that would depend on improving existing articles and amassing material for an intelligent spin-off page.
