Storming of the Winter Palace

edit

Editor DmitryKo has suggested that Sovnarkom was set up consequentially to the Storming of the Winter Palace. I am concerned that this is a Bolshevik myth fostered by the 1920 re-enactment Storming of the Winter Palace.Harrypotter (talk) 12:29, 6 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

"Renamed"

edit

On March 15, 1946, the Supreme Soviet of the USSR issued the Law on Reforming the Council of People's Commissars into the Council of Ministers of the USSR. So, this reorganization was never just a simple renaming. I suggest using terms "reforming" and "reorganization" here. --Michael Romanov (talk) 15:44, 3 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Redirect

edit

Although there were problems with the previous version of this page, the redirect is not a suitable solution. I advocate that this page should be concerned with explaining what a Council of People's Commissars was and give examples of their historical formation.Leutha (talk) 09:58, 20 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

huge issues

edit

this page have massive issues. It repeats poor interpretations about centralism and rubber-stamping that runs in the face of the most recent research, eg lara douds 84.213.82.142 (talk) 08:37, 1 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
