Multiple issues with this entry. According to the account of the battle, Churruca did not die on the quarter deck but below, his leg was not ripped off by a cannon ball but badly hurt by one, his 2nd in command was already dead before he died, and the casualties are wrong. 100 killed, 150 wounded.69.66.250.189 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 22:55, 25 February 2015 (UTC)

I have edited the article closely translating the Spanish language version, which is well sourced and referenced. As the above comment states, the previous version had some exaggerations and unverifiable statements. Over the course of the next few days I will be adding the appropriate citations as well as adding more detail on the biography section, particularly the academic and scientific contributions.
