Chocolate Jesus sculpted in Australia 13 years ago edit
The Canberra Times of 7 April 2007 reports that a full-size chocolate Jesus on a pine cross was exhibited in the shop-window gallery, Artstop, in Canberra over Easter in 1994. It was entitled Transubstantiation 2 and was created by Richard Manderson.
Its stated purpose was to prompt reflection on the way that Easter, itself having taken over pre-Christian celebrations of spring and fecundity, has now been largely commercialised into a festival of chocolate consumption, quite at odds with the events of Jesus' crucifixion.
After Easter, the sculpture was taken down and shared among a crowd of Canberrans.

Religion? edit
The Bill Donahue mentions he is accused of being irreligious, or at least not Christian. Are there any sources where he mentions his religion? 92.0.150.111 (talk) 09:31, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
