The Corbans article as it stands is fairly meagre. However, there is potential for it to be a more extensive and interesting article, as Corbans has a rich history, in a way that PRNZ doesn't.--Limegreen09:58, 25 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
I suggest that the more sensible way to go about it is to expand Montana Wines, so that it's different from Pernod Ricard NZ. We could start with adding something about Peter Masfen. Montana Wines was one of the companies that turned New Zealand into a wine producing country. Schwede6618:33, 12 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
Further more, Montana doesn't even exist as a brand now, having been renamed to Brancott Estate. What a dog's breakfast this has become. Did PRNZ flog off Corbans to Lion Nathan at some point, or did I imagine that? This and other questions should probably be answered in an article somewhere. In fact Corbans Wines also has an interesting history, which now no longer involves the Corban family (who now run Ngatarawa Wines), but it has been merged into PRNZ, even though they seem to have been sold off to Lion. Pernod Ricard sold Corbans and Lindauer to the Lion/Indevin partnership in 2010
Corbans Wines should not redirect here
The history section of this article (which seems to be the history section from the old Corbans Wines article) should be moved, either to the Lion article, or a re-created Corbans Wines article (are they still notable enough?)
