The potential countermeasures section doesn't jibe with how radar works. All else being equal the target with a lower RCS will be detected at a shorter range, no invisibility. Just because most stealth aircraft are not optimized for lower frequency bands doesn't mean that they are wholly ineffective in those band. Furthermore by forcing radars to use a smaller range of frequencies you can more effectively jam them. There are no public source on the F-22's and F-35's RCS in the low frequency bands, despite being less optimized for these bands the ructions in RCS could still be quite significant.

I question the need for a "potential countermeasures" section. Should every Wikipedia article on military technology come with a potential countermeasures section? Should there be a counter-countermeasures section (in this case low frequency jamming, combined with long range anti-radiation weapons that have multimode seekers), should there be a counter-counter-countermeasures section as well, etc.
