Personally I'm not sure that subject of your link fulfills the notability guidelines for its own article on Wikipedia, which you should carefully study before writing an article about it. Regardless, if you want to create an article about a subject whose name already has an article, you should not blank the existing article, especially if it is more likely to be known than the new article. You should either move (using the move function not cut and paste) the existing article to a new location or, better, write the new article in a separate location and add a link to it in the existing article. However, I again stress that you should not write an article unless you are sure its subject is notable and this notability is shown by a number of independent sources.
