Seems unnecessary and a bit nitpicky. Only things I could see would be:
It's probably a situation where keeping the date in the heritage listing leads to a slightly nonsensical sentence ("As at 13 September 2005, the Coonamit Bridge is a Dare type timber truss bridge, and was completed in 1929")
The sentence fragments in that section - "Representative of Dare truss bridges"
possibly the fact that the history section has nothing about this bridge
