I feel like this sentence is potentially misleading: "Less than 10% of Cool Earth's supporter income is spent on administration." While no doubt technically accurate, it might lead people to think that at least 90% of income is spent on their programs. But in fact, fundraising is a little over 25% of their expense (GBP 350k out of GBP 1339k in 2016 and 324k out of 1163k in 2015).
