I've just added it. I see that a good chunk of the material is copied directly from the National Register description (see link) and, while US Government works aren't subject to copyright, given the scope of the copying I worry that other material may well have been copied from other, copyrighted sources. In any case, copy / pasting is highly disfavored in creating Wikipedia articles, and no matter what, the source should be more plainly attributed here. The article needs a good bit of work. The NPS material was lifted wholesale and included a lot of extraneous stuff. I've pared it down a good bit and will work some more at it later. Once the text is more sensibly confined to the subject of the article, I'll compare what's left against the NPS and see if there may be anything left that didn't come from there. At that point any issue of copyright will be moot and the only issue will be proper attribution of the copied text (which I think I've taken care of with that note I added at the bottom).
