Uses of Wikipedia edit

Wikipedia is an open source, democratic compendium of knowledge and aims to place verifiable general knowledge before the world. As such, mentioning and linking to a single commercial web site makes it appear more like advertising and that compromises the fairness of Wikipedia. Please do not highlight and link to just one commercial web site. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.125.169.19 (talkcontribs) .

While the above comment has some general merit, the entry on CME is not slanted to any particular provider(s). There is value to the reader in being directed to other sites where further information can be pursued, and the reader can discover sites where CME credits can be earned. This is not advertising. This article does not refer to the country in which this body acts, making it all but pointless! Minglex 22:41, 3 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
