Comparison with Indian Constitution

Do we need this section? Every constitution is written owing to different context and need of each country. Comparing one constitution with another to prove which is better seems pointless. citizenship

No citizen of Nepal is to be deprived of the right to obtain citizenship.

How can a citizen not already have citizenship? Does it mean one cannot lose citizenship once obtained?
