This is a very nice award. It is/was made out of Sterling Silver and came with a certificate signed by the Governor.
No longer - now it is made of base metal plated in chrome or rhodium or similar silver tone metal. There is still a certificate from the Governor though. 76.237.234.238 (talk) 04:22, 28 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
