Replacing with NPOV links

I've switched out links for awards from CTPH's internal site to the awarding websites or other external links, and tweaked wording to clarify that the mission description is from the mission statement. No NPOV issues have been raised here in talk, so unless someone does in a day or so, I'll remove the NPOV tag. Brian A Schmidt (talk) 16:55, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
