Fair use rationale for Image:Conjure One cover.jpg

Image:Conjure One cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Bonus Tracks (Limited Edition 1CD) a.k.a. "Sleep"

This is a bootleg credited to Enigma. It uses samples of Enigma's first album as bridges between tracks. I don't think it deserves a section in this article. Here is the text:

12. "Premonition" – 5:44 Comment: This is the same version as ever
13. "Tears From The Moon (Hybrid's Twisted on the Terrace)" – 6:18 Comment: This is fully different mix (P.S. There's no "Mix" in name, shorter more than 3 minutes)
14. "Sleep (Ian Van Dahl Mix)" – 5:42 Comment: This is fully different mix (Same name?!, shorter)
15. "Sleep (Solarstone's Afterhours' Mix)" – 6:52 Comment: This is the same as Europe CD2 remix

Comment: Some tracks are different, for example, "Manic Star" has additional vocals in the beginning. The whole CD is strangely different from the original. This version could have been remastered, because the sound quality is much higher. It's not known where this CD can be found, but it has been confirmed that it has the name "Sleep" and contains 15 tracks.
