What is a city?
editIs a township under 4000 people a city? --DThomsen8 (talk) 18:14, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
- Could you clarify? I'm sorta getting that you are asking what makes a township a township vs. becoming a city. Am I understanding you correctly? --D.B.talk•contribs 20:51, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
- Actually, I was puzzled by the use of the Cities template in many Pennsylvania township and borough talk pages. I learn that the Cities project includes every inhabited place, more or less, of whatever size. That does not mean that every place name article in Pennsylvania should include the Cities template, at least in my opinion. --DThomsen8 (talk) 00:03, 23 October 2010 (UTC)
