Who was it written for?

This biography of Arnold claims it was written for Menuhin and Robert Masters. Maybe the dedication page of the score clears things up. (The "official site", even when demonstrably that which is another issue- I will grant that- is not always the last resort. Composers change their dedications post hoc.
