Talk:Complementary medicines

Complementary medicine is in this beginning new Millenium more important than before _ the reason why please see next lines In contrary to most other organism homo sapiens applies as well aid as care to ill and helpless companions and invented against collateral damage in struggles or wars surgery. Especially this medical branch skyrocketed in industrial revolution by more accidents in mega - mechanization But performing surgery was always hampered by ethics and legal force in western culture, declaring it bodily harm until today. Surgeons were punished enough to work with a kind of mini-sword baptized scalpel that did not change in form and function since stone age. Fortunately the surge of natural science combined with innovations helps surgery now to reduce pain, danger and complications in treatment – f.i. by use of electrical surgery since halve a century ago and actually electromagnetic waves – alas all this with booming costs. Solution against this price increase is the merger of medical industrial producers and Insurance Companies by private equity conglomerates. It works, that can be seen in the growth of social budget in GDP of nearly all states. But broken down to people rising insurance premiums for consumers, less profit for medical workers and an increase of poor patients results. Besides research, publication, education and performing medicine itself depends more and more on laws of economy. All innovations and medical headway stay on pipe until producers see a decrease of profit in it’s actual product lines. Further on knowledge especially of seldom and unique regional diagnosis and therapy vanishes – or in the better case is stored as secret mongering until it can be sold. This individual global common cultural treasure should be saved by a free platform in internet today. That can help to free medicine in future as basic right for anybody everywhere on globe or “equality, liberty and brotherliness” in medicine All politicians declare <health is common property>. But in fast growing mankind it needs surely no more archives, or bureaucracy and controlling. Thanks Hans Hainz
