I have tagged this article with {{notability}} because this seems to be merely a list of local trains that happen to run around the Surabaya metropolitan area. They do not appear to have a dedicated operator (like Jakarta's Kereta Commuter Indonesia), being part of Indonesia's national railway company instead.
