Notability

edit

This article is filled with informative facts but makes no claims of notability, nor cites any facts that give rise to an inference of notability. From the description, this seems like a straightforward statutory plan meant to reduce certain administrative burdens and/or address community concerns that may otherwise be under-resourced. I have no reason to think this is not notable, so it would be great if knowledgeable editors could enhance the article. Bongomatic (talk) 01:27, 28 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

To begin with, I have added references to some press articles, including a statement by an Opposition Spokesman, about this Scheme. Dmvward (talk) 13:04, 30 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
Now about six-weeks since my additions in response to the notability tag being added with no further discussion so removing the tag.Dmvward (talk) 10:49, 15 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
