Cadet Ranks edit

I have edited the "equivalent ranks" table to be accurate. There appears to have been some confusion by the original creator of the table. The Cadet Forces follow the traditions and rank structure of the Armed Forces and, as there are no cadet force specific rules on the subject, the same rank equivalence should be used. Increasing in rank/grade in one cadet organisation is not necessarily equal to increasing in a rank/grade in another. Praetorian65 (talk) 16:29, 3 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

I have reverted the change that switched the rank table back because it appears to have been based on the user's opinion of what the equivalency between ranks should be, rather than using anything actually written down anywhere. It should not be reverted again as it is simply has no basis in fact. Praetorian65 (talk) 20:11, 12 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Just to clarify - A Cadet RSM will be the highest ranking cadet within a unit of around 700 cadets. This is why they cannot be equivalent to a Petty Officer Cadet or RMC Sergeant who will be the highest ranking cadet in a unit of around 20 cadets. Praetorian65 (talk) 11:41, 23 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
