Paved the way
editI don't believe the phrase "paved the way for full-time Community Radio services in the UK" is correct. There were several community stations launched in the 1990s such as Wey Valley 102 in Hampshire and Spire FM in Wiltshire. Is a citation needed for this? Jckcip (talk) 19:20, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
- A citation is needed for anything you or any other editor thinks is questionable. Feel free to add a {{Fact}} tag after the relevant sentence. Road Wizard (talk) 19:34, 29 November 2009 (UTC)

External links modified
editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to 2 external links on Communications Act 2003. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20120623230407/http://www.ictregulationtoolkit.org:80/en/PracticeNote.2102.html to http://www.ictregulationtoolkit.org/en/PracticeNote.2102.html
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20090817104225/http://www.culture.gov.uk:80/what_we_do/Broadcasting/media_ownership/ to http://www.culture.gov.uk/what_we_do/Broadcasting/media_ownership/
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}
).

Section 127
editI am astonished at some of the prosecutions which are being made under Section 127.[1] How does this compare with the situation in the USA? I believe the American right to freedom of speech is much stronger than the British. Roberttherambler (talk) 15:47, 17 June 2017 (UTC)

2018 Prosecution of Mark Meechan
edit'Despite claiming it was a joke, the court found him guilty of being "grossly offensive" on 20 March.'
This means that the *court* claimed it was a joke, which is almost certainly wrong. 77.102.94.198 (talk) 17:27, 21 March 2018 (UTC)
