Reorganization of article edit

I think this article would benefit from a reorganization to make it easier to follow. I thought that the systematics section would be better off as a phylogeny and population structure section. In addition, while the behavior section was very thorough, I thought it contained information that would be better suited in separate reproduction, mating, and parental care sections to align with the structure of other frog articles as well.
