Intelligibility

The first paragraph is unintelligible to a lay person. I would suggest the article would be more useful if the second paragraph led. Then those who came to find out what a 'common interface' was would immediately find that it is something for pay-TV. Which is all I wanted to know...Cannonmc (talk) 07:56, 27 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
