Sourcing for 2005 initial stub edit
The CADTM states, e.g. on the page http://www.cadtm.org/article.php3?id_article=1448 that its licence is:
- COPYLEFT - Articles of CADTM may be reproduced and distributed freely provided the author and the source are mentioned.
So to comply with this: The source of the first version of the wikipedia CADTM article is the CADTM's web page as of today. IMHO the licence allows conversion of a copy into GFDL - it's really more like public domain than copyleft, and in any case, converting to GFDL is certainly not against any typical defiition of copyleft.
